As the child of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, a physician and Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. She was a piano prodigy when she was a teen and was the winner of the national competition in the Chicago Music Festival at just 13 years old. Her home was within Fort Collins, Colorado with her family and had her high schooling at Fort Collins High School where she was graduated in the year 1960. In the pursuit of her career goals, she decided to relocate to Los Angeles for better opportunities. The first job she had was modeling after she accepted by the prestigious modeling agency, Powers agency. Acting was her passion and she had attracted Hollywood producers during her time modeling. She first appeared on TV in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele was one of the nation's top entertainers, began her professional career as a fashion model. She was employed by the Powers Agency, before launching into the world of acting. It was her role in El Dorado 1966 as the protagonist, Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought more limelight for her. Her fame was due to her role as an actress during the 1960s and 1970s.
